Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for safe and lawful use of EX1 agents, automations, and connected services.
Effective date: June 18, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of Everything X1 ("EX1") operated by DBR Labs, doing business as Everything X1. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Prohibited uses
You may not use EX1 to:
- Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
- Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Send spam, phishing, harassment, or deceptive impersonation content.
- Circumvent usage limits, billing controls, or security measures.
- Scrape or harvest data from third-party services without permission.
- Use stolen, shared, or unauthorized credentials or API keys.
- Deploy agents against systems you do not own or lack permission to affect.
- Run undisclosed destructive automation (mass deletion, credential exfiltration, etc.).
- Process PCI, HIPAA, or other regulated data without a separate written agreement.
- Rely on AI outputs for safety-critical, medical, legal, or financial decisions without qualified human review.
- Violate the terms of connected integrations or model providers.
Agent and automation requirements
- Maintain human oversight for high-risk actions.
- Review shell commands, file operations, and external writes before approval where feasible.
- Disable agents and integrations you no longer trust.
- Monitor BYOK usage and provider charges.
Enforcement
We may investigate violations, suspend accounts, revoke integrations, or cooperate with authorities. Report abuse to support@everythingx1.com.
